复杂条件下带挑梁式超前支护架的设计与应用

摘要 运河煤矿综采面的装备水平能力很高,但是以单体支柱为主的支护方式增大了回料工作的危险性,给综采工作面的高效推进和安全管理带来一定困难,同时降低了两巷超前支护区以及端头区域的机械化程度,成为综采机械化开采技术的薄弱环节。各液压支架生产厂家现有的超前支护架和端头液压支架,架型都较大,设备都比较重,这些超前支护架和端头支架无法用在我矿,原因不仅是上下井和运输困难,主要是和我矿现有的综放设备不能够配套。因此按照我矿的实际情况自主设计了带挑梁式超前支护架用以替代超前单体支柱和端头单体支柱。 The equipped level of fully-mechanized mining face of Yunhe coal mine is very high,but the the support method of mainly use the individual prop increase the dangerousness of feed back,and bring some difficult of speedy operation and safe management of fully-mechanized mining face and reduce the level of mechanization of advance supporting area and the end area of roadway,which become the vulnerable spot of fully-mechanized mining face.The size of advance supporting and tip supporting frame is very large and cumbersome,which can not use in our coal mine,not only the transport difficult but also not fit the existing fully-mechanized mining equipment well.Therefore,we design the advance supporting frame with outrigger by ourselves to replace the advance and tip individual support according the practical situation of our coal mine.
