摘要
新景矿正加快巷道的开拓工作。为提高掘进速度,新景矿引进了太原煤科院EBJ-120TP半煤岩掘进机,在15号煤南回风大巷(东)进行快速掘进。由于原掘进出矸方式落后,为此决定利用SSJ-800皮带机出煤矸、直接接矿车运输。本课题就是对SSJ-800皮带机进行改造,解决了SSJ-800皮带机出煤矸、直接接矿车运输的难题,为快速半煤岩掘进创造有利条件。是一种较好的施工工艺。
The Xinjing coal mine is accelerating the construction of roadway.In order to increase the mining speed,Xinjing coal mine bring in the EBJ-120 TP coal-rock boring machine of Taiyuan Coal Research Institute,and driving at the east of 15th main air roadway.Because of lag in gangue transportation,therefore decide to use SSJ-800 belt conveyor to load and transported by tramcar.This thesis mainly transform the SSJ-800 belt conveyor,solve the problem of the connection between the belt conveyor and tramcar and create the favorable condition to speedy coal-rock driving,which is a kind of preferable construction technology.
