基于损伤力学的粉末合金中夹杂等效方法研究

摘要 为了更简便、合理地分析粉末合金中夹杂对其低周疲劳寿命的影响,本文基于损伤力学建立了低周疲劳损伤累积模型,进而提出了保证夹杂处裂纹萌生寿命不变的等效原理。之后,通过将夹杂分类,结合其低周疲劳寿命的主要影响参数确定了具体的等效原则,并通过MATLAB对等效方法进行实现。最后,结合数值模拟分析夹杂的等效精度,对大量夹杂图像进行等效,分析该方法的具体适用性,并提出适用于典型粉末合金夹杂的等效因子范围。 In this paper,a low cycle fatigue damage accumulation model was established to analyze the influence of inclusions on the low cycle fatigue life of the P/M alloy based on the damage mechanics,then a equivalent theory was put forward,which can keep the crack initiation life of the inclusions constant. We classified the inclusions and made the specific equivalence principle combining with the main influencing parameters of the low cycle fatigue life. The equivalent method came true by the MATLAB. Finally,the numerical analysis method was used for analyzing the equivalence accuracy of the inclusions. By the equivalence of a large number of inclusions,we analyzed the specific applicability of this method and proposed the reasonable equivalent factor range for the typical inclusions of the P/M alloy.
