摘要 ASME PTC46及其它标准仅给出了以联合循环机组整体出力及其热耗作为评判机组的整体经济性能的方法,若整体性能下降无法判断是燃气轮机、余热锅炉还是汽轮机性能的降低,不利于机组重点检修。结合大量现场第一手资料和丰富的工程实践经验,本文通过理论分析,借助试验手段,并以某2×390 MW(F级)燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为例,提出了一种基于"整体联合循环、燃气轮机单循环试验的方法"来计算燃气轮机、余热锅炉、汽轮机的热力性能,试验结果证明了本文提出的燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组局部热力性能分析方法的合理性、实用性,可以为同类机组的性能分析提供参考。 ASME PTC46 and other standard only gives the whole combined cycle unit output and the heat consumption of the overall economic performance as evaluation. If the overall performance is unable to confirm the gas turbine performance,waste heat boiler or turbine performance degradation,is not conducive to key maintenance unit. Combined with a large number of first-hand information and rich experience in engineering practice,the current through the theoretical analysis,using test method,and taking 2 × 390 MW gas steam combined cycle units as an example,this paper proposes a based on the "overall combined cycle,gas turbine single cycle test method"of the gas turbine,waste heat boiler,turbine thermal performance calculation method. Experimental results prove that the method scientific rationality,practicability and suggestions for reference to similar type units.
