天津市金融发展对技术创新的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Tianjin's Finance Development on Technological Innovation

基于2001—2014年天津市工业企业数据,运用扩展C-D生产函数分析了天津市金融发展对企业科技创新的影响,研究结果表明:政府资助对天津市企业技术创新的促进作用非常显著,但其作用不及企业资金;金融机构贷款对企业技术创新具有一定的促进作用,而金融市场筹资对企业技术创新的影响效果不明确。据此提出了加大银行科技投入、增强企业直接融资能力、继续加大政府对科技创新的投入等对策。

In this paper,the extended C-D production function model is applied to analysis the effect of financial development on enterprise technological innovation with data of industries in Tianjin from 2001 to 2014.The results show that government subsides have played a significant role in Tianjin＇s enterprise technological innovation,but it＇s effect is lower than enterprise fund.Financial institutions loans has limited impacts on the technological innovation.While stock market financing have not significant effect on technological innovation.Based on the above analysis,the paper put forward some countermeasures such as increasing bank investment in science and technology,enhancing the direct financing ability of enterprises,and increasing government fund for technological innovation.
