摘要
石灰石–石膏湿法烟气脱硫运行中,常会出现吸收塔浆液起泡溢流现象.吸收塔浆液起泡溢流现象不仅会降低脱硫效率,污染周围环境,而且还会造成周围设备的腐蚀,严重时整个脱硫系统将停运并置换吸收塔内的浆液.研究浆液中化学需氧量(COD)对吸收塔浆液起泡的影响,通过测定浆液中COD浓度和消泡剂的添加量,观察浆液起泡溢流程度,结果表明,浆液中的COD浓度严重影响浆液起泡程度.
In the operation of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization, there is often a phenomenon of slurry bubble overflow in the absorption tower. The bubble overflow phenomenon of absorption tower will not only reduce the desulfurization efficiency, pollute the surrounding environment, but also cause corrosion of the surround-ing equipment, the desulfurization system will outage and the absorption tower slurry will be replaced in serious time. Study on the effect of COD for the foaming of absorption tower slurry, by measuring the concentration of COD and the amount of defoamer in the slurry, observing the extent of slurry bubble overflow, the results show that the concentration of COD in the slurry seriously affects the foaming degree of the slurry.
