摘要
分析了"互联网+"在混合式教学中的价值体现:将"线上学习"与"线下学习"有机结合;将"同步学习"与"异步学习"有机结合;将"教师讲授"与"自主(协作)学习"有机结合;将"接受学习"与"探究学习"有机结合.阐述了基于"互联网+"的混合式教学组织实施过程,提出构建融合"情景、协作、会话、意义"的"四要素"综合体.以工作分析与岗位设计课程为例,阐述了基于互联网+的混合式教学过程实施:将课程与基于互联网+的混合式教学进行融合;完善课程实施基于互联网+的混合式教学的保障机制.
The paper analyzes the value of the mixed teaching based on the “internet plus”,which combines online learning and learning by line ; combines synchronous learning and asynchronous learning ; com-bines “teacher education” and “autonomous (cooperative) learning”; combines “ accepting learning” and “ inquir-y learning”. This paper expounds the implementation process of the mixed teaching, puts forward the synthesis from the “four elements”,which includes situation,cooperation,conversation and meaning. Finally, this paper takes the course “job analysis and job design” as an example, describes the mixed teaching process based on the internet plus : integration of curriculum and mixed learning ; perfecting the guarantee mechanism of the mixed teach-ing.
