女贞高颈网蝽几何形态特征的提取与分析 被引量:2

摘要 拟利用图像处理与分析技术,对女贞高颈网蝽几何形态特征进行提取与分析,研究该技术在其雌雄鉴定中应用的可行性。通过扫描仪获取到女贞高颈网蝽雌雄各50头成虫的图片,利用Bug Shape V1.0软件自动获取该昆虫的面积、周长等10个几何形态特征参数,并使用该软件手动测量其体长和体宽,计算体长和体宽的比值,比较不同分辨率下各参数的差异和雌雄个体间的差异。结果表明,女贞高颈网蝽图像长轴长度、叶状性和圆形度不受分辨率高低的影响,虫体面积、等效圆半径、偏心率、球状性和圆形度在两性别间差异达到极显著水平。在利用面积、等效圆半径、偏心率、球状性和圆形度进行两性判别时,不同分辨率下的交叉判别正确率为84%~87%;使用手动测量参数时(1 200 dpi),交叉判别正确率为86%;而使用软件自动获取的10个参数进行判别时,交叉判别正确率为88%~90%。因此,利用该技术不但可以成功获取女贞高颈网蝽几何形态特征,而且初步实现了女贞高颈网蝽成虫雌雄个体的鉴定。 Geometric characteristics of Perissonemia borneenis adults were extracted and analyzed using image processing and analyzing technology,and the application feasibility of the method was discussed in gender determination of the bug adults. In this study,50 samples each gender of the pests were scanned by scanner,and 10 parameters such as area,perimeter and so forth,were obtained automatically by Bug Shape V1. 0. The body length( including wings),body width( pronotum width) and the ratio of the length to width were measured or computed by the software manually. Finally,we compared the difference of these parameters or two-sex samples under different scanning resolutions. The results showed that some parameters( long axis,lobation and circularity) were not affected by scanning resolutions. There was significant difference between two genders of the insect pest in terms of area,equivalent radius,eccentricity,sphericity and circularity. 84% —87% of samples were correctly classified by cross validation in case of different scanning resolutions when using part of parameters( area,equivalent radius,eccentricity,sphericity and circularity),86% of samples correctly when using manual measurement parameters( body length,pronotum width and their ratio) with scanning resolution of 1 200 dpi,but88% —90% of samples correctly when using 10 auto-extracted parameters by the program. Consequently,the geometric features of the bug adults can be extracted successfully with image processing and analyzing technology and the gender recognition of the bug adults is achieved preliminarily.
