油页岩半焦燃烧过程中官能团演化特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 对汪清油页岩半焦、龙口油页岩半焦、窑街油页岩半焦在空气气氛下,进行管式炉燃烧试验;分别制备不同燃烧终温(400~900℃)的灰样;然后,用傅里叶变换红外(Fourier transform infrared,FTIR)光谱仪进行样品测量官能团的测定,通过FTIR的分峰拟合处理,对试样进行定性及半定量的分析。结果表明:WQSC、LKSC、YJSC三种半焦的红外谱图结构相似,部分吸收峰的峰强度存在差异,且羟基区的振动吸收很弱,半焦中不存在明显的羧基振动吸收。随着燃烧的进行,羟基吸收逐渐消失,酚、醇、醚、酯的C-O键相对含量增加,羰基含量呈波动变化;同时在燃烧过程中芳香骨架振动逐渐减弱,脂肪烃也随不断氧化而减少。 In air atmosphere,WQSC、LKSC and YJSC are used in the tube furnace combustion experiment for preparation of different final temperature of combustion ash samples(400 ~ 900℃) and the surface functional groups of samples were analyzed based on Portable-Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer.Curve fitting analysis was employed to characterize the infrared spectrum for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of sample.Results indicate that the infrared spectra structure is similar,and just the diferent absorption peak intensity,the area of hydroxyl vibration absorption is very weak and there is no obvious carboxyl vibration absorption.Phenol,alcohol,ether,ester C-O key relative content increase while hydroxyl decreases during combustion,the carbonyl content shows a fluctuated pattern.At the same time in the burning process aromatic skeleton vibration weakens and fat hydrocarbon decrease in continuous oxidation disappear.
