摘要
以5t×7.5m LHBT型防爆电动葫芦桥式起重机为研究对象,对起重机起吊货物这一瞬态工况进行理论分析,在以往论文中,都是将重物离地后加速过程激励看成是不变的,此次分析将货物离地后加速上升过程的载荷看成是变化的,当加速到额定速度匀速上升时,载荷不变。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对这一工况进行仿真分析,同时,利用实验平台对这一工况进行实验验证。实验结果表明:加速上升过程,载荷变化,使桥架结构垂直方向振动位移有所增大,因此,在设计时应将这加速冲击激励考虑进去,使用时应尽量平稳起吊重物。
The 5 1×7.5m LHBT explosion-proof electric hoist bridge crane as the research object,a theoretical analysis of the transient condition of crane for lifting cargoes of carries was made.In the past,the acceleration of the process after the heavy load is regarded as the unchange process.The analysis of the cargo from the ground after the acceleration of the process of increasing the load is considered as a change.When accelerated to the rated speed uniform rise,the load keeps unchanged.ANSYS Workbench finite element software is used to simulate and analyze this condition.At the same time,the experimental platform is used to verify the experimental results.Experimental results show that in the accelerated process,the load is changed and the vibration displacement of bridge structure in vertical direction is increased.Therefore,when designing it,the acceleration shock excitation should be taken into account and the weights should be lifted smoothly as much as possble.
