摘要
针对某钻井井场内的单层隔振的柴油发电机组振动噪声过大,提出双层隔振的方案来降低井场噪声与振动。首先对双层隔振系统进行数学建模分析,得出双层隔振比单层隔振具有更好的隔振降噪的效果。为验证双层隔振比单层隔振效果更好,对井场内柴油发电机组进行双层隔振的具体方案实施;并对施工完成后的双层隔振的发电机组进行噪声与振动的现场测试。测试结果表明,柴油发电机组采用双层隔振后,隔振效果比原有的单层隔振措施有一定的提高,噪声最大减小了13.5 dB(A)。研究结果表明VOLVO PENTA柴油发电机组采用双层隔振措施可以降低井场噪声与振动。
According to the single vibration-isolated of diesel generating sets excessive vibration and noise in well field,so,the double vibration-isolated method was put forward to reduce the noise and vibration. First,on the basis of the double isolation system and establish the mathematical modeling,then draw a conclusion that double vibration-isolated method have more efficiency than the single,in order to make sure the truth. Finally Diesel generator unit in double vibration isolation scheme implementation was take, and after the completion of construction of the double vibration-isolated and do field test. The result show that double vibration-isolated can improve the isolated effect compare to the single,and the noise reduced 13. 5 d B( A). The consequence state clearly that use the double vibration-isolated method can reduce the vibration and noise in the drill of the VOLVO PENTA.
