云桂粤建设“一带一路”中国南段的路径选择

The Choice of Path for Yunnan,Guangxi and Guangdong Building Chinese Southern Section of One Belt One Road

建设好"一带一路",对打造全球人类命运共同体具有重要的战略意义,"一带一路"是中国引领全球化的新方略。云桂粤作为建设"一带一路"南段的主体省份,必须利用云桂粤的区位优势来建设好"一带一路"南段,发挥它们的区位、资源和文化优势;从产业培育、科技、新型城镇化、人才培育、金融支持、制度供给等六个方面全面提升这三个省份的贸易和投资。

Constructing well one belt one road has an important strategic meaning for building up the global community of human destiny,and we must keep in mind that one belt one road is a new strategy for China to take lead in globalization. Yunnan,Guangxi and Guangdong are the main provinces in Chinese southern section of one belt one road,and their location advantages must be utilized to build well the southern section of one belt one road and bring their location,resource and cultural advantages into play. The trade and investment in the three provinces should be improved from six aspects,namely,fostering of industries,science and technology,new-type suburbanization,human resource development,financial support,and institution supply.
