The variable valve technology of automobile engine is one of the important technologies to improve the engine fuel system,which is very important for the overall performance and quality improvement of the engine.The paper studies the engine valve timing technology and valve lift technology,and illustrates the practical application of variable valve.Timing technology mainly controls the valve opening and closing time,and lift technology mainly controls the valve opening.It needs to combine the two technologies to achieve a comprehensive control of the variable valve.
