摘要
依据点滴试验结果,采用正交试验法研究了固化温度、固化时间、浸涂时间等成膜因素对LZ91镁锂合金表面KH-550硅烷膜耐蚀性能的影响,确定了最佳成膜工艺参数为:固化温度100℃、固化时间60min、浸涂时间90s;其中固化温度对硅烷膜耐蚀性能的影响最大,固化时间的影响次之,浸涂时间的影响最小。
The effect of factors in forming KH-550 silane film on LZ91 D magnesium alloy on its properties were investigated by the orthogonal experiment design combined with drop test.Effects of curing temperature,curing time and immersion time on the properties of silane film were discussed.The silane film had the optimal corrosion resistance when curing temperature was 100 ℃,curing time was 60 min and immersion time was 90 s.The curing temperature had the greatest influence on the corrosion resistance of silane film,the curing time was the second and the immersion was the weakest.
