摘要
文章主要对FSAE赛车发动机进气系统进行分析,从而在符合大赛规则的前提下设计出符合FSAE赛车高速性能要求的进气系统,即在赛车发动机进气系统中安装稳压腔。首先利用CATIA软件绘制两种进气系统的3D模型(含有稳压腔和不含稳压腔),再将其导入到ANSYS软件中进行模拟仿真分析,通过比较分析证明带稳压腔的进气系统在进气速度的均匀性与进气压力稳定性上均具有一定的优势。
This paper mainly analyzes the intake system of FSAE racing engine,so as to meet the requirements of the competition rules to meet the FSAE racing high-speed performance requirements of the intake system,that is,in the car engine intake system to install the regulator chamber.First,the 3D model of the two intake systems(including the regulator chamber and the regulator chamber) was drawn by CATIA software.Then,the simulation was carried out in the ANSYS software.The comparison analysis showed that the intake air system has a certain advantage in the uniformity of the intake air velocity and the inlet pressure stability.
