Study on the Demolition of Housing in the Urban rural Fringe of Urumqi City

本研究以拆迁管理办法为载体开展乌鲁木齐市城乡结合部房屋拆迁为研究对象,通过研究国内外基于房屋拆迁管理为载体开展城乡结合部房屋拆迁管理的相关理论及现状为基础,结合乌鲁木齐市以城乡结合部为载体开展拆迁管理的情况为例,运用调查问卷的方法,分析以乌鲁木齐城乡结合部房屋拆迁工作发展的现状及存在的问题。希望通过研究提出切实有效、易于实施的对策措施,为拆迁工作的持续健康发展提供有效的理论支撑。

This study takes the demolition management approach as the carrier to carry out the housing demolition in urban and rural areas of Urumqi as the research object.Based on the theory and current situation of housing demolition management in urban and rural areas based on housing demolition management at home and abroad,combining with Urumqi,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the demolition and relocation work in the urban and rural areas of Urumqi, using the method of questionnaire to analyze the situation of the demolition and relocation of urban and rural areas.It hopes to put forward effective measures easy to implement through this study,which can provide effective theoretical support for the sustained and healthy development of the demolition work.
