当前农业散户与大户间土地流转障碍探讨

Discussion on the Current Disparity of Land Circulation and Big Land

随着农业改革新要求的提出,土地流转迅速发展,与此同时,在土地流转过程中,农业散户与农业大户也大量纷纷涌现,积极投入到农业改革的实践中来。人们更多注重大规模的土地、良好的政府补贴,而忽略了土地流转过程中流转的成本、农产品的价格等因素对大户与散户造成的长远影响。文章主要针对大户与散户之间的关系,分析当今土地流转过程中大户与散户发展的障碍,并初步提出了一些建议。

With the new requirements of agricultural reform,the land circulation is developing rapidly,at the same time,in the process of land transfer,agricultural retail and large agricultural have also emerged in a large number,whichhave actively been put into the practice of agricultural reform.People pay more attention to large-scale land,good government subsidies,while ignoring the cost of land transfer process,the price of agricultural products and other factors on the long-term impact of large and retail investors.The paper mainly aims at the relationship between the big and the retail,analyzes the obstacle between the big and the retail development in the process of land circulation,and puts forward some suggestions.
