专业综合评价是专业建设的重要手段,备受不同时期的规范和文件关注。各省教育厅组织的专业综合评价进展各异、形式不同,但都采用"先试点、后推广"和基于专业评价体系依靠教指委专家评价。青海、辽宁、上海三省市完成多个专业点评价,山西、天津和江西3省市完成试点专业评价,其他省份则在试点或者尚未开始。辽宁省2012~2016年基本完成一个轮次、共1368个专业点的综合评价,根据评价结果奖优策劣,值得推广。

Undergraduate program evaluation is an important means of program construction,and was concerned by specification and documentation in different periods.The evaluation of different progress,different forms,organized by the provincial department of education,but have adopted the ＂first pilot,after the promotion＂,and based on program evaluation system to rely on teaching experts evaluation.The provinces of Qinghai,Liaoning,and Shanghai,had evaluated a number of undergraduate programs,provinces of Shanxi,Tianjin,and Jiangxi,have evaluated the pilot programs,and other provinces have evaluated the pilots or not yet start.1368 undergraduate programs in Liaoning province have evaluated during 2012-2016,almost a round of all programs.The evaluation result is the basis of the award or punishment.The evaluation in Liaoning is worth promoting.
