基于校企合作的汽车专业高职人才培养模式探讨

针对校企合作模式存在的问题,探讨汽车检测与维修专业的校企合作人才培养模式,从课程体系、师资队伍、实训基地建设等方面进行理论教学和实践改革,以期对汽车专业深入开展工学结合的校企合作有所帮助。

Aiming at the problems of the cooperation between university and enterprise,the talents training pattern of automobile specialty with the cooperation between university and enterprise is analyzed.Theory teaching and practice reform are conducted.It consists of curriculum system,teachers and training base construction and so on.It helps to develop the cooperation between school and enterprise,which is combined with study and work.
