摘要
体能训练是部队、体育学校以及高校增强人们身体素质的主要形式,在体能训练中难免会出现软组织损伤、关节软骨及骨组织损伤、器官损伤和神经组织损伤等,体能训练的伤病不利于运动员身体素质的提升和体能训练工作的正常进行。因此,文章将简要介绍常见的体能训练伤病,就如何在体能训练中避免伤病展开探讨。
Physical training is the main form of strength training for troops,sports schools and colleges and universities.It is inevitable that soft tissue injury,articular cartilage and bone tissue injury,organ injury and nerve tissue injury occur in physical training.Physical injury training is not beneficial to the improvement of athletes' physical quality and the normal work of physical training.Therefore,the paper briefly introduces the common physical training injury,and discusses on how to avoid injury in physical training.
