摘要 目的:低钠血症对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的影响。方法:将113例门诊复诊CHF患者按照入院时血钠水平分为常血钠组28例、低钠血症组85例;将低钠血症组根据血钠浓度的高低分为三组,轻度低钠血症组(血钠浓度130~134 mmol/L)41例、中度低钠血症34例(血钠125~129 mmol/L)、重度低钠血症(血钠<125 mmol/L)10例。测入院时患者血清中脑钠肽(BNP)水平,并对各组进行比较。结果:正常血钠组患者BNP值与低钠血症组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度低钠血症组患者BNP值与中度低钠血症组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻度及中度低钠血症组患者BNP值与重度低钠血症组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭患者心脏功能的恶化与低钠血症相关,并与低钠血症的严重程度呈正相关。 Objective To study that correction of hyponatremia and chronic heart failure( CHF).Method 113 CHF who administered diuretic medication were divided into 4 groups,including that normal group 28 cases,mild hyponatremia group(130 -134 mmol/L) 41 cases,moderate hyponatremia group(125 - 129 mmol/L) 34 cases,severe hyponatremia group( 125 mmol/L) 10 cases.Difference of brain natriuretic peptide( BNP) in various groups were compared.Results Normal serum sodium group value of BNP and hyponatremia patients had statistically significant difference( P〈0.05);there was no significant difference between mild and moderate hyponatremia value of BNP( P〉0.05);in the mild and moderate hyponatremia group,the value of BNP in patients with severe hyponatremia had statistical difference( P〈0.05).Conclusion The deterioration of cardiac function in patients with CHF is related to hyponatremia,and is positively correlated with the severity of hyponatremia.
