医用氧的生产工序主要包括原料液氧检测、低温液氧泵加压、汽化器汽化、气瓶清洗消毒、充装前检查、气体充装、充装后检测、标签合格证粘贴、成品放行。为确保医用氧能顺利生产出符合标准和规范要求的药品,应主动确定并控制潜在的质量风险,最大限度地降低患者用药风险。

Medical oxygen production process mainly includes liquid oxygen detection,cryogenic liquid oxygen pump pressure, carburetor gasification,cleaning and disinfection of the cylinders, check before filling,gas filling, test after rilling,label certifica-tion paste, product release.
