摘要
为研究中心动脉压(CAP),增益指数(AI)等指标与年龄、性别的关系,选取济南市历下区不常运动志愿者279名,用日本Omron HEM-9000AI脉波检测装置测定CAP,指标包括中心收缩压(c SBP)、桡动脉增益指数(AI)、肱动脉的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和脉压(PP)。运用SPSS18.0软件,不同性别、年龄等之间的均值比较采用独立样本t检验,相关采用Pearson相关分析,c SBP、AI的相关因素采用多元回归分析。结果显示:(1)年龄、性别、心率、DBP、SBP、PP是c SBP的相关因素,其中性别、SBP和DBP是最主要的三个因素,p<0.05;年龄、性别、心率、DBP是AI的相关因素,其中性别是最主要的因素,p<0.01;(2)70岁以下的女性c SBP均值高于男性,而所有女性的AI均值高于男性,但无显著性差异,p>0.05;(3)男性(p<0.05)和70岁以下女性(p<0.01)的c SBP与年龄显著性正相关,c SBP随着年龄的增长而增大;(4)男性和女性的AI与年龄均显著性正相关,p<0.01;(5)SBP与c SBP之间有非常显著的相关性,男性r=0.932,女性r=0.905,p<0.001。结论:中心动脉压、增益指数变化与多种因素相关,其中性别、外周SBP相关最大,提示对CAP的研究要考虑性别因素;随年龄增长,c SBP和外周血管阻力增加,外周肱动脉SBP与c SBP的显著性相关,提示外周肱动脉SBP变化可以预测c SBP变化,这为心血管疾病的早期预防和康复提供参考资料。
To explore the relationship between Central aortic pressure ( CAP) , Augmentation index (Al)and age, gender, 279 volunteers who dont often exercise were took as the sub-jects. Central aortic pressure ( CAP) were determined and analyzed by using Omron HEM - 9000AI Pulse wave detection device made in Japan. Main index include : Central systolic blood pressure ( cSBP) , Radial artery augmentation index ( AI) , Systolic blood pressure of brachial artery (SBP) , Diastolic pressure of brachial artery (DBP) , Pulse pressure ( PP). U-sing SPSS18.0 software,the mean values of different gender and age were compared using in-dependent samples T test. Correlation analysis using Pearson correlation analysis. Multivari-ate regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of cSBP,AI. The results show:(1) Age,gender,heart rate , DBP, SBP, PP are the related factors of cSBP,and gender, SBP and DBP is the most important factor ( p 〈 0. 05 ). Age , gender, heart rate, DBP are the related factors of AI, and gender is the most important factor( p 〈 0. 01). (2) Mean value of cSBP of women under the age of 70 higher than men, but all AI mean of women higher than men, and no significant difference ( p 〉 0. 05 ). ( 3 ) cSBP of male ( p 〈 0. 05 ) and women under the age of 70 ( p 〈0. 01) was positively correlated with age,and cSBP increased with age increasing.(4) Male and female AI have a positive correlation with age (p 〈 0. 01). (5 ) There is a very significant correlation between SBP and cSBP, male r =0. 932, female r=0.905,p 〈0.001. These results indicate that there are many factors related with Central arterial pressure, gain index change, and Gender, peripheral SBP have maximum correlation , indicateing that the research on CAP should consider gender factors; With the increase of age, the increase of cSBP and peripheral vascular resistance, peripheral brachial artery SBP and cSBP were sig-nificantly related, indicated peripheral brachial artery SBP changes could predict the change of cSBP,which provide reference for the prevention and rehabilitation of cardiovascular dis-ease.
