塑钢纤维轻骨料混凝土抗压强度换算关系试验研究

摘要 为了研究塑钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的轴心抗压强度(f_c)与立方体抗压强度(f_(cu))的换算关系,通过432个标准棱柱体试件和标准立方体试件研究了塑钢纤维掺量、轻骨料种类和水灰比等影响因素对两种抗压强度关系的影响规律。结果表明:塑钢纤维掺量(5~13 kg/m^3)、轻骨料种类和水灰比(0.32~0.4)对轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度比值(f_c/f_(cu))无明显影响;经回归分析得到了f_c与f_(cu)相关性很好的线性关系方程;基于f_c/f_(cu)回归和数学统计分析,塑钢纤维轻骨料混凝土f_c相对于f_(cu)的换算系数可取为0.80。 In order to study the conversion relationship on axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength of plastic steel fibers reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete( PSFLC),cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength were tested by 432 standard specimens respectively. The influence of the plastic steel fibers content,the water cement ratio and the type of lightweight aggregate on the compressive properties of PSFLC were investigated. The results show that the content of plastic steel fibers( 5-13 kg/m^3),the water cement ratio( 0. 32-0. 4) and the type of lightweight aggregate(f_c/f_(cu)) make no difference on the ratios between axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength. The linear equation between axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength are obtained by regression analysis and it has good correlation. Based on analysis of regression and mathematical statistics to the ratios between axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength,the conversion coefficient of axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength was 0. 80 for PSFLC.
