含铜锑矿石中锑含量的测定 被引量:2

摘要 在常规的硫酸铈容量法测定含铜锑矿中锑含量时,滴定过程中由于Cu^(2+)的催化、氧化作用使终点提前,当样品中有Fe存在时,其会与Cu^(2+)产生协同效应,加速催化氧化缓解甲基橙的速率,造成分析结果严重偏低。本文采用在不含铜锑精矿标准样品中加入铜,多次加入甲基橙指示剂,找出最佳滴定条件。通过控制甲基橙加入次数来减小Cu^(2+)引入的干扰。此法所测结果与比色法结果误差均在允许差范围内。该方法显著提高了含铜锑矿中锑的测定准确度,且分析流程简单。 In the titration of Sb content determination of Cu-bearing Sb ore with the routine cerium sulfate volume method,the end is advanced because of the Cu2+ catalysis and oxidation,which will cause the cooperative effect with Cu2+,speed up catalysis,oxidation,slow down the speed of methyl orange when there is Fe in the sample,the analysis result seriously on the low side. In this paper,we add Cu to Sb concentrate sample without Cu and add methyl orange indicator many times,look for the best titration condition. Control the addition time of methyl orange in order to decrease the disturbance of Cu2+ addition. The errors of this method and colorimetric analysis are all in allowable range. This method increase clear the testing accuracy of Sb in Cu-bearing Sb ore and the analysis flow chart is simple.
