试论航空国企管理者履职从业的人文精神

摘要 在市场经济深入发展和物质主义盛行的环境下,航空国企管理者培养和弘扬人文精神,对于提升航空国企管理者能力素质、推动国有企业深化改革、提高经营管理水平,具有重大现实意义。本文从中国历史和中国航空工业发展两个维度论证了人文精神的重要性,指出培育人文精神是当下航空国企管理者履职从业的现实需要。基于此,文章分析了航空国企管理者履职从业人文精神的基本内涵,并探索了航空国企管理者人文精神的养成机制。 In the circumstances of deepening development of market economy and prevailing materialism, it is of realistic significance for the state-owned aviation enterprise management to cultivate and carry forward humanism, which will improve the management's abilities and qualities, deepen reform, and enhance op-eration and management in the state-owned aviation enterprises. This paper addresses the significance of humanism from perspectives of Chinese history and aviation industry development, indicating that cultiva-tion of humanism is the realistic professional needs of the state-owned aviation enterprise management. In view of this, the paper analyses basic professional connotation of the state-owned aviation enterprise man-agement and explores the cultivation mechanism of the state owned aviation enterprise management's hu-manism.
