摘要
良好的师生关系是教育发展的基础。高校近年来对本科生导师制的深入探索增强了师生间互相理解、彼此宽容和共同合作的氛围。改革虽然取得了良好的效果,但本科生导师制仍存在制度定位不清晰、运行机制缺乏规范、实施效果参差不齐等问题;增强本科生导师制的教育性,加强制度的规范性建设,创新实施形式,提升师生的互动性,才能构建共存于"以人为本"理念下的师生共同发展关系。
A harmonious teacher-student relationship is the foundation of education development. In-depth exploration of tutorial system for undergraduates in recent years in colleges and universities has effectively enhanced the mutual understanding, cooperation, and tolerance atmosphere between teachers and students. However, what we should clearly realize is that some problems exist in the tutorial system, such as unclear strategic positioning and inadequate operational mechanism. To construct a joint development relationship between teachers and students, we should focus on constructing a united, concerted, and innovated form of interaction in the tutorial system.
