摘要
目的通过不同的实验方法和动物模型对脉通胶囊的功能进行验证,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用注射胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导剂后记录各组小鼠5 min内死亡数和15 min内发生的偏瘫数,观察其体内抗血栓作用;采用大鼠体外血栓形成实验的方法,观察其体外抗血栓作用;采用测定角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀度的方法,观察其抗炎作用;采用记录注射醋酸后各组小鼠第一次扭体反应出现时间及15 min内扭体次数的方法,观察其镇痛作用。结果脉通胶囊可明显减少小鼠5min内死亡数和15 min内出现偏瘫数(P<0.05);可明显抑制大鼠体外血栓形成(P<0.05);可明显减少致炎大鼠足趾肿胀率(P<0.05或P<0.01);可明显延长致痛小鼠第一次扭体发生时间(P<0.05)及明显减少扭体次数(P<0.05)。结论脉通胶囊具有抗血栓、抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To confirm the functions of maitong capsule by different experimental methods and animal models so as to pro-vide information for rational clinical use of drug. Methods In vivo anti-thrombotic effects were studied by recording the death number within 5 minutes and the hemiplegia number within 15 minutes of mice in each groups after injecting inductors of collagen and adrena-line. Anti-thrombotic effects was observed using the method of thrombosis of rats in vitro. The anti-inflammatory effects was observed by determining carrageen-pastern-induced paw swelling of rats. And the analgesia effects were studied by recording the time of first torsion reaction and the times of the torsion reaction within 15 minutes of mice caused by acetic acid. Results Maitong capsule had signifi-cantly reduced the death number within 5 minutes and the hemiplegia number within 15 minutes( P 〈 0. 05 ) of mice, significantly inhib-ited thrombosis of rats in vitro ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , significantly reduced the rates of paw swelling of rats ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01) , and signifi-cantly prolonged the time (P 〈 0. 05 ) of first torsion reaction of rats and reduced the times ( P 〈 0. 05 ) of the torsion reaction within 15 minutes. Conclusion Maitong capsule possesses antithrombotic activity,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
