On the Heritage Discourse Construction for the Historic Sites Along the Maritime Silk Routes:Taking UNESCO's Comment on Quanzhou as the Example

《实施〈世界遗产公约〉操作指南》对包括"海丝申遗"文本在内的"海丝"英文语篇的遗产话语建构具有指导作用。以联合国教科文组织在"丝绸之路网络平台"介绍泉州的文本为个案进行分析,认为"海丝"英文语篇遗产话语建构上应抑制评价资源的"态度和分级"这两个子范畴,以体现"原真性与完整性"以及"突出的普遍价值"。

With an aim to provide guidance for the preparation of nomination documents, Operational Guide-lines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention is a good reference to the discourse construction for historic relics along Maritime Silk Routes. Take the introduction of Quanzhou on the UNESCO uSilk Road Online Platform” as the example, the case study suggested that the attitude and amplification, the two subcate-gories of appraisal sources should be restrained to meet the authenticity, the integrity and the outstanding uni-versal value in the world heritage context.
