摘要
现代学徒制技术技能型人才培养已成为化工职业教育创新人才培养模式改革的必然趋势。对高职院校化工类专业开展现代学徒制的必要性及可行性进行分析,并以黎明职业大学应用化工技术专业为例,从人才培养、课程建设、质量监督机制等方面,对高职院校化工类专业开展现代学徒制提出可采取的实践策略,从而培养出符合岗位所需的高技术技能人才。
The training of skilled personnel of modem apprenticeship has become the inevitable trend in the innovation of talent cultivation in chemical engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper, tak-ing Liming Vocational University as an example, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing modem apprenticeship and puts forward certain practical strategies of promoting modem apprenticeship in chemical en-gineering specialty in higher vocational colleges in such fields as personnel training, curriculum construction and quality supervision mechanism so as to cultivate qualified personnel with high technical skills.
