摘要
以东方管理学核心思想"人为为人"为指导,分析高职院校激励关怀帮扶机制存在的问题,并提出解决对策。研究发现,高职院校的激励关怀帮扶机制存在着顶层设计不被重视、制度建设深度不足、激励方式过于单一、制度落实流于形式等问题。高职院校在制定激励关怀帮扶机制时,应以人为本做好顶层设计并重视正面引导,呼应教职工深层次需求定制政策,多措并举以创新激励方式,活动开展常态化以实现制度推进的精准长效。
The problems existing in the mechanism of incentive caring and assistance in vocational colleges were probed under the guidance of the Oriental Management core idea, “Ren Wei Wei Ren” , followed with the countermeasures. The problems found were negligence in the top - down planning, the superficial regula-tions, the single incentive mode, and the formalistic implementation of regulations, etc. It was proposed that the following should be achieved when making the incentive caring and assistance mechanism in vocational col-leges :the people - oriented top - down planning, the positive guidance, policy echoing staff ^ s deep - seated needs, a variety of measures of diversifying incentives, regular activities in order to advance the precision of long - term implementation.
