摘要
为建立高等学校行政人员绩效综合评价体系,从思想道德、工作能力、爱岗敬业、工作业绩、素质提升5个方面构建高等学校行政人员的绩效综合评价指标体系。通过采用层次分析法计算指标权重和采用灰统计建立综合评价模型,并将指标体系及综合评价模型应用于高等学校行政人员绩效综合评价实践。研究表明:这一综合评价系统科学易行,是高等学校行政人员绩效综合评价的有效工具。
In order to establish a comprehensive assessment system for the performance of college administra-tors, based on the five aspects of morality, competence, work devotion,work performance and quality im-provement ,Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) is used to calculate on the weight of indexes while Grey Statis-tics Theory is adopted to set up the comprehensive evaluation model. It is proved to be a scientific, convenient and effective tool when applying the above - mentioned indicator system and the comprehensive evaluation model into the practice of evaluating the performance of the college administrators.
