摘要
为解决运动鞋工业制版技术中结构设计跷度转换难点的问题,着眼降跷技术集中且难度较大的前套及后包跟结构设计难点,引入二轮降跷处理技术。以成型工艺结构为基准,以前套、前港宝以及后包跟的基本造型变化为研究展开路线,贯穿论证了跷度转换的处理技术,同时引入鞋舌部位的工艺跷处理技术研究,较为全面地论述运动鞋工业制版跷度处理各类型技术要点。研究体系针对性强,务求工业技术的实用性,成果成功应用于相关工业生产。
In order to solve the problem of the technical difficulties of spring amount conversion of sn e ak e rs, pattern engineering, this paper puts focus on structure design difficulties in toe cap and back counter, and the two - round processing technology of spring - lowering has been introduced. Taking the molding process of the structure as a s tandard, the basic styling changes of toe cap, toe puff and back counter as the studying target , this paper makes a demonstration of spring amount conversion, and makes an introduction of tongue position processing technology, conducting a comprehensive discussion of the processing technologies of spring amount conversion of sneakers, pattern engineering. The research system has been highly targeted and striving for the practicality of industrial technology so as to be applied successfully in the relevant industrial production.
