过敏性皮肤病患者血清食入性和吸入性过敏原特异性IgE检测结果分析

Analysis on food intake and inhaled allergenic specific serum IgE in patients with allergic skin diseases

目的分析过敏性皮肤病(ASD)患者血清食入性和吸入性过敏原特异性免疫球蛋白(IgE)检测结果。方法选择从2015年9月至2016年10月在医院诊治的98例ASD患者记为观察组,另选同期在医院诊治的非过敏型皮肤病患者100例记为对照组,分析患者总体过敏原情况,对比两组食入性或吸入性过敏原的特异型IgE阳性情况,以及总IgE及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 198例患者中一共检测出食入性过敏原84例,其中因海鲜过敏者34例,占40.48%;吸入性过敏原83例,其中因尘螨过敏者30例,占36.14%。在食入性及吸入性过敏原方面,观察组的特异型IgE阳性比率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血清总IgE明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的TNF-α相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ASD患者具有更高的血清食入性或吸入性过敏原的特异型IgE阳性比例,其中食入性过敏原中因海鲜过敏者较多,吸入性过敏原中因尘螨过敏者较多。

Objective To analyze the results of food intake and inhaled specific allergenic serum immunoglobulin（IgE） in patients with allergic skin diseases（ASD）. Methods A total of 98 patients with ASD treated in this hospital during September 2015 to October 2016 were allocated in observation group,and 100 patients with non-allergic type skin diseases at the same period were listed in control group,and the overall allergens,food intake and inhaled positive allergen specific IgE cases,as well as levels of total IgE and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）were compared and analyzed between these 2 groups. Results A total of 84 in 198 patients had detected fresh food allergens,among them,34 patients with sea food allergen,accounting for 40.48%; among inhalant allergens in 83 cases,most of them were due to dust mite allergen in 30 cases,accounting for 36.14%. In terms of food intake and inhaled allergens,the positive rate of specific IgE in patients of observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total serum levels of IgE in observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in levels of TNF-α between these 2 groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients with allergic skin diseases have higher positive rate of serum level of ingested or inhaled allergenic specific IgE,including food allergens from seafood and inhaled allergens due to dust mites.
