摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌NOB1的表达水平,及其与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(hrHPV)感染及预后的相关性。方法检测110例宫颈病变患者NOB1和hrHPV感染情况及hrHPV DNA的负荷量,分析NOB1表达与hr-HPV DNA的负荷量及疾病进展时间(TTP)的相关性。结果宫颈癌hrHPV阳性率为82.9%,显著高于慢性宫颈炎(23.9%)和宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)(51.7%)(P<0.05)。随着病变程度的增加,hrHPV DNA负荷量依次增加(P<0.05)。宫颈癌、CIN、慢性宫颈炎组织中NOB1蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为71.4%、31.0%、6.7%(P<0.05)。宫颈癌NOB1的表达与hrHPV DNA负荷量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌患者NOB1阳性者的中位TTP显著低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者呈NOB1过度表达状态,且与HPV感染,尤其是hrHPV感染及预后密切相关。
Objective To explore the expression level of NOB1 in cervical carcinoma, and to analyze its relationship with high risk human papilloma virus (hr - HPV) infection and prognosis. Methods The expression of NOB1, hr HPV and load of hr HPV DNA in 110 patients with cervical lesions were detected, and the correlation of NOB1 expression with load of hr HPV DNA and duration for progression had been analyzed. Results The positive rate of hr - HPV DNA in cervical carcinoma (82. 9% ) was significantly higher than that of CIN (51.7%) and chronic cer-vicitis (23.9%) (P〈0.05), and following the increase of severity of disease, the load of Hr - HPV increased ( P 〈 0.05) . The positive ex-pression rates of NOB1 in cervical cancer, CIN and chronic cervicitis were 71.4% , 31.0% and 71.4% respectively, and they were reduced in turn ( P 〈 0.05). The load of hr HPV was positively correlated with the expression level of NOB1 ( P 〈 0. 05) . The median TTP for positive ex-pression of NOB1 was significantly shorter than that with negative expression ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion The infection rate of Hr - HPV in cervi-cal lesions is high with the priority of Hr - HPV16, 18 and 33 , and the load of Hr - HPV is correlated with the severity of cervical lesions and ex-pression of inflammatory factors.
