摘要
现代模拟技术用于医学教育教学是近年来医学教育领域的重大进展。它作为理论教学与临床实践教学的桥梁,在各类医学人才培养中,不但可以起到缓解教学资源不足问题,更关键的是可以起到提高医疗质量和医疗安全性的作用。目前我国的医学模拟教学得到国家管理部门的支持,近年得到快速发展,已经得到广泛开展,但在模拟中心运行管理、教学课程内容建设、师资队伍培养、教学质量评价上尚有待进一步提高。
Simulation based medical education（ SBME） is a key progress of the teaching method and instructional technology in recent years. As a bridge between theoretical teaching and bedside practice,it can not only provided necessary teaching resources,but also improve the quality of patient care and patient safety. Being realized the role of SBME by medical educators,SBME has been developed and promoted quickly in China. But there are still many problems need to be discussed and improved,such as operation on the simulation center,faculty development,curriculum construction. In this article,we will summarize the current status of SBME in China and discuss its issues,challenges and the future directions.
