摘要
基于方波的傅里叶级数理论,设计了一种双层同轴结构的方波快脉冲直线变压器驱动源(fast linear transformer driver,FLTD)模块。依据20kJ-KrF准分子激光驱动源的参数要求,估算了放电支路、磁芯以及FLTD次级参数。设计的方波FLTD模块直径为2.6m,高度为0.23m,含36个主放电支路、16个3次谐波放电支路和8个5次谐波放电支路。建立了方波FLTD PSPICE电路模型,模拟结果表明,FLTD模块输出为近似方波,电流峰值为950kA,上升时间为46ns,90%峰值的平顶宽度为217ns。
Square pulse output can be generated by paralleling harmonic bricks into the main bricks in fast linear transformer driver (FLTD) . A novel square pulse FLTD module with the peak current of 1 MA is designed. Two layers coaxial structure is introduced in the FLTD module with the outer layer containing the main bricks and the inner layer containing the harmonic bricks of low inductance. Based on the requirements of 20 kj KrF laser driver, the parameters of magnetic cores, capacitors and secondary transmission line are estimated. The square FLTD module is 2.6 m in diameter and 0.23 m in thickness, including 36 main discharge bricks, 16 third harmonic bricks and 8 fifth harmonic bricks. PSPICE circuit model is established, the simulation results show that FLTD module output current waveform is approximate square pulse with a peak current of 950 kA, rising time of 46 ns, and the flat top width of 217 ns over 90% peak current.
