摘要
高校教师教学能力发展在实践中存在着误区。具体表现为:教学任务与教学科研的分立、教学数量与教学质量的失衡、教学卓越与教学优秀的混淆、教学奖励与教学惩罚的极端化等。这些问题的存在阻碍了教师教学能力的有效提升。究其缘由,这与教学能力生长的教育生态环境颓废、教学能力评价的教育价值物本倾向、教学能力发展的教育资源平台薄弱等有重要关系,即教师教学能力发展缺乏良好的教育系统结构支撑。为此,要从以下几点着手:(1)凸显教学在学校中的地位,从爱教乐学和遵循教育本质层面来培育教师教学能力,注重促进教学能力提升的校园文化建设;(2)转变教学观念,确立教学能力的提升以人为本的旨归;(3)加强教学反思,重视课堂经验升华对教学能力提升的作用。
There are misunderstandings in practice about the development of teaching teachers,specifically in the separation of teaching task and teaching research,the imbalance betweenquantity and quality of teaching,confusion in the teaching excellence and good teaching,the polariza-tion of the teaching reward and teaching punishment and so on. The non-uniform of these aspects im-pede the promotion of teaching ability. Tracing the reasons, these phenomena are closely related to the decadence of education ecological environment in which educational ability grows, the material tendencies in educational value of teaching ability evaluation, and the weakness of educational re-sources for the teaching ability development, so the development of teachers’ teaching ability lacks abetter educational system as support. For the purpose of cultivating teachers5 teaching ability from en-joying teaching and learning and following educational essential,schools need to highlight the teaching status,pay attention to the construction of campus culture of teaching ability’s promotion,transform the concept of teaching,establish people-oriented promotion of the teaching ability,strengthen teach-ing introspection and protrude the sublimation of experience of teaching ability:s promotion.
