护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:研究分析护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制与妊娠结局的影响。方法:根据2015年9月至2016年9月我院接收的92例妊娠糖尿病患者入院时间的先后均分对照组和观察组。分别予以对照组和观察组常规性护理方法与护理干预模式。对照两种护理方法对患者血糖控制与妊娠结局的影响。结果:两组患者经有效护理措施后,2hPG、HbAlc、FBG指标均显著改善(P<0.05),而同期对比观察组患者改善效果优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的剖宫产率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者巨大儿、胎膜早破、羊水过多、早产儿发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:为妊娠糖尿病患者提供护理干预方法,有助于控制血糖,降低剖宫产率,同时还能够降低妊娠不良结局的发生,保障母婴安全,可推广应用。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods： 92 cases of patients with gestational diabetes from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospitalwere divided into control group and observation group. The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and nursing intervention The effects of two nursing methods on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes were compared. Results：Two patients with effective nursing measures^ 2hPG,HbAlc, FBG indicators were significantly im-proved （P 〈 0. 05） , and compared the patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of control group, significant difference （P 〈 0. 05） ; the observation group of patients with cesarean section rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; and the patients in the observation group were macroso- mia, premature rupture of membranes, polyhydramnios, preterm infants were lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can help to control blood sugar, reduce the rate of cesarean section, but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, to ensure the safety of mother and baby,can be widely used.
