综合护理干预在乳腺癌护理中的应用价值探究

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Breast Cancer Nursing Care

目的:综合护理干预措施在乳腺癌患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年10月至2016年10月在本院接受治疗的79例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均根据随机数表法分为两组,观察组40例采用综合护理进行干预,对照组39例采用常规手段进行护理,对两组患者的生活质量评分和护理满意度进行评价。结果:观察组患者在生活质量(生理职能、情绪职能、角色职能、心理健康)评分方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预手段有利于提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量,改善患者满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the value of nursing care on breast cancer patients. Methods ：79 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 40 patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing. 39 cases were treated by routine means, the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in both groups. Re-sults： The patients in the observation group were superior to the control group in the score of quality of life （physiological func-tion, emotional function, role function, mental health） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; the satisfaction rate of the observation group was （95. 00%） higher than that of the control group （76. 92%） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients and is worthy of popularization[
