摘要
为了解决悬持式自动井架工排管作业时承载较大的问题,以及推扶式自动井架工自动化程度较低的问题,研制了一种具有悬持和推扶钻具的自动井架工钳头装置。文中介绍了钳头的结构、工作原理以及液压和电控系统的研制情况。经样机试验表明,该结构作业安全高效、稳定性好、并能有效改善井架的承载受力。
In order to solve the problem that hang-clamping auto iron derrickman is operated under a greater force, and the problem that circle-supporting derrickman caused lower automatization, a clamp-supporting tong device ofauto iron derrickman is developed. The structure and principle and development of hydraulic and electric control system are introduced in this paper. Proto type tests show that the clamp-supporting tong device is efficient, safe and stable. The tong device can effectively improve the load bearing capacity of the derrick.
