摘要
在纺丝、纺纱及卷绕机械中广泛应用卷绕机构,将成丝或成纱绕成一定要求的卷装。在满足压力稳定的工艺要求下,设计出合理的加压装置结构尺寸对提高卷绕密度与质量具有重要意义。文中基于Solid Works软件在理论分析的基础上对其进行仿真优化设计。
Winding mechanism is widely used in spinning and winding machines to wind wire or yarn into the required package. It is important to design reasonable structure size to improve the winding density and quality, which can satisfy the process requirement of pressure stabilization. This paper optimizes the design based on the Solid Works software.
