摘要
提出了一种多功能硬币分选机设计方案,主要由振动分料盘、光电传感器、截停机构、接料装置、控制系统、液晶显示屏6个部分组成。3种硬币由振动分料盘成功分选后,进入各自料道并向前推进;3个光学传感器分别感应每个料道是否落下硬币,并传递给控制系统;控制系统获得光学传感器的信号后进行硬币计数、金额统计等工作;当硬币计数满足截停设置数据时,控制系统控制3个截停电动机工作,截停机构执行挡料动作,当工作人员取出硬币,并手动复位后,挡料机构停止挡料,硬币分选继续进行。所设计的多功能硬币分选机大大提高了硬币分选效率,降低了人工成本,充分体现了现代机械创新设计的智能化、自动化和人性化。
This paper presents a design scheme of a multifunctional coin sorting machine, which is composed ofvibrating material plate,photoelectric sensor,stopping mechanism,material receiving device,control system andliquid crystal display screen. 3 kinds of coins are separatedinto their channelby the vibration plate successfully, and move forward.Three optical sensors respectively sense each channelwhether or not the coins are dropped, and transmit this information to the control system; control systemobtains the signal of the optical sensor then countsthe coinamount and sum of money. When the coinamountachieves the pre-set data, the control system of three motor stops work, stopping mechanismacts. When the staff removes the coinsandresets the system, then stopping mechanismstopsaction, the coins are sortedcontinually. The design of the multifunctional coin sorting machine can greatly improve the efficiency of coin sorting, and reduce the labor cost.This design realizes intelligence, automation and humanization of modern mechanical design.
