摘要
针对市场上手动型材切割机无制动装置的问题,文中运用SolidWorks软件对切割机进行了结构改进设计和建模,增加刹车装置,使其能快速制动。干涉检查和运动分析表明,切割机能够达到厚度不一、角度不同型材的切割和快速制动要求。
Hand-powered cutter has no brake device; it can only stop slowly. This paper designs improved hand-powered cutter and build model using SolidWorks, and adds brake device to brake quickly. Interference inspection and motion analysis show that hand-powered cutter can cut the profile of different thickness and angle, and can rapidly brake.
