摘要
针对湿式双离合器变速箱的换挡系统,利用AMESim软件对变速箱齿轴系统、同步器、液压控制模块进行建模仿真,模拟同步器换挡过程,主要从液压控制角度分析换挡压力、换挡流量等因素对同步器换挡过程冲击力的影响,并提出减小初始压力和增大齿套二次空滑行阶段流量的控制方案,达到减小换挡冲击力的目的。
This paper studies shift mechanism of wet dual clutch transmission. AMESim software is utilized to build model and simulate for shafts and gears,synchronizers and hydraulic control unit. The shifting process of synchronizers is simulated.We analyze impact on synchronizersby those factors such as shifting force, volume flow rate ,etc.This paper proposes control strategies for reducing shifting forceby the method of cutting down initial pressure value and raising the flow rates of sleeves during the phase of secondary idle slipping.
