摘要
为了提高吸尘器滤袋的容尘量,对吸尘器尘仓设有导流板的流场进行气固两态数值模拟研究,与常规吸尘器尘仓相比,导流板可以显著保护滤袋滤材的完好性,滤袋内壁粉尘不容易堆积,出风口粉尘体积率相对较少,从而提高吸尘器滤袋的容尘,提高滤袋的寿命。为了验证模型的正确性,采用产品型式实验,参考IEC 60312A标准,对比两种工况下滤袋的容尘,结果表明设有导流板可以提高16.6%滤袋的容尘量,实验结果验证模型的准确性。
For improving the d u st-h old ing capacity of vacuum cleaner filter bag, this paper studies numerical simulation on gas-sol id two-phase flow in guide plate on flow field of vacuum cleaner clear dust bin. Compared with the conventional vacuum cleaner dust bin, the guide plate can significantly protect the integrity of the fi lter-bag,the inner wall of the fi l ter- bag is not easy to accumulate dust, the volume fraction of the dust in the air outlet is reduced. Dust-holding capacity of the vacuum cleaners filter bag is improved, and the service life of the filter bag is prolonged. Product experiment is used to verify the correctness of the model. According to the standard of IEC 60312A, the dust -holding capacit ies of the filter bag under two working conditions are compared, the results show that guide plate can increase the dust-holding capacity of the filter bag to 16.6%. The accuracy of the model is verified by experimental results.
