使用Siemens 840Dsl数控系统中的Axis pair collision protection功能,对布置在相同导轨上的机床轴进行监控,以确保不发生碰撞,解决了多主轴立式车床中主轴防碰撞的实际问题。
The axis pair collision protection function is used to monitor axes which are arranged on the same guide element of a machine tool, toensure that no collisions occur. With this function, the actual problem of the spindles collision in the vertical multi-spindle turning center is solved.
