新安医家程国彭《医学心悟》消渴辨治特色浅析

Xin'an Doctor CHENG Guo-peng Treatment Diabetes Characteristics in Yixue Xinwu

新安医家程国彭在其代表作《医学心悟》中对消渴的论述别开生面,指出"三消之证,皆燥热结聚也",但治疗大法又有不同,治上消者,宜润其肺,兼清其胃,二冬汤主之;治中消者,宜清其胃,兼滋其肾,生地八物汤主之;治下消者,宜滋其肾,兼补其肺,地黄汤、生脉散并主之。

Xin＇an doctor CHENG Guo-peng pointed out that the three types of diabetes because of hot junction in his masterpiece Yixue Xinwu.The treatment of diabetes was different,the upper diabetes should moisten lung and clear stomach and use Erdong decoction,the meddle diabetes should clear stomach and nourish kidney and use Shengdi Bawu Decoction,the under diabetes should nourish kidney and tonifying lung and use Dihuang Decoction and Shengmai Powder.
