摘要
高血压前期是指血压介于正常血压与高血压之间的临界高血压状态,临床大量研究资料指出超重和肥胖是其主要的危险因素,而不健康的生活方式又是引起超重和肥胖的主要因素。健康管理则是改变既往单纯予以药物治疗的方法,以患者个人不同健康危险因素为根据而进行的以预防为前提的健康综合干预,这与中医的未病先防和既病防变的"治未病"理论不谋而合。本文对高血压前期进行以治未病指导的治疗性生活方式干预,探讨具有中医特色的高血压前期健康管理体系。
Prehypertension refers to critical hypertension blood pressure from normal blood pressure and hypertension, a large number of clinical data research indicates that overweight and obesity are the main risk factors and unhealthy lifestyle is caused by overweight and obesity factors.Health management is the method of changing the past pure drug therapy, the comprehensive intervention to prevent the premise according to patients different risk factors, which coincide with the prevention and TCM disease and disease development of Preventive Treatment of Disease theory development.In this paper.We discuss the treatment of hypertension with early stage of hypertension, and explore the health management system with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
