加味四妙散合金黄膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎30例

Modified Simiao Powder Combined with Jinhuang Ointment in the Treatment 30 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨内服加味四妙散联合金黄膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年3月—2015年12月治疗的60例急性痛风性关节炎患者进行研究。按治疗方法的不同,将60例患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用内服加味四妙散、外敷金黄膏治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊、外搽扶他林乳膏治疗,比较两组治疗前后血尿酸水平、症状体征积分。结果:两组患者治疗后,与治疗前比较,两组血尿酸水平、症状体征积分均明显降低(P<0.05);两组间比较,血尿酸水平无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组症状体征积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:加味四妙散内服联合金黄膏外敷能显著改善急性痛风性关节炎患者的症状体征积分,降低血尿酸水平,临床疗效满意。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Simiao powder combined with Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods： 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis patients were studied from March 2015 to December 2015.They were divided into observation group and control group.The patients of observation group were treated with modified Simiao powder oral administration combined with the external application of Jinhuang ointment.While,the patients of control group were treated with oral celecoxib capsules and the external application of voltaren cream.The blood uric acid levels and the integra of clinical symptom and physical sign in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results： The blood uric acid levels and the integral of symptom and physical sign in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment （P＜0.05）.The blood uric acid levels were not significantly different between observation group and the control group （P＞0.05）.The integra of clinical symptom and physical sign of the observation group was lower than the control group （P＜0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.33％ and 76.67％ respectively in observation group and control group.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion： In the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, modified Simiao powder oral administration combined with the external application of Jinhuang ointment can significantly reduce the patient＇s symptom score, lower the blood uric acid levels and obtain satisfactory effects.
